Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 17, 2019 (November 18, 2019 in Australia), Coronado Global Resources Inc. (“Coronado”) issued a press release to update its 2019 earnings guidance. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On November 17, 2019 (November 18, 2019 in Australia), Coronado issued a press release announcing that it intends to host a conference call for its investors on November 18, 2019 (November 19, 2019 in Australia). Details for the call are contained in the press release. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
