Chapman Capital L.L.C. intends to submit an extensive series of comments in support of File No. S7-10-05 Internet Submission of Proxy Materials. Moreover, such submission shall include information buttressing further amendments to Rule 14A that allow for significant -- greater than 5 percent holding -- dissident shareholders proxy-related expensiveto to be borne in full by Target companies, further leveling the playing field between shareholder activists and entrenched public company management.
