Anything that makes them disclose the actual costs that mutual fund owners pay should be disclosed, i.e. commissions, fees to advisors, etc.They should have to report what their individual security holdings are, and any trades that have been made in those securities, and the timing of the trades. They should also have to disclose whether or not they own shares in the mutual funds thay manage, how much, and any trades in their personal holdings of the mutual funds they manage.
