I feel it is important that mutual fund brokers provide their present and prospective customers with targeted information, at the point of sale and in transaction confirmations,
regarding the costs and conflicts of interest that arise from the acquisition and distribution of mutual fund shares for individual investors. It is important that investors receive all disclosures of investment information that could impact their overall investment decisions, and overall return on investment, for the long term.

Any changes in securities regulations that will enable investors to receive more complete disclosure of potential costs against their planned investments should be supported for the benefit of all individual investors.

I support the recommended changes to existing SEC regulations.
