Full disclosure cost information to the potential investor including remuneration and financially related incentives to the broker/brokerage firm, must be available easily for the investor, in advance of making a call to a broker/agent, to buy any financial product that comes under the heading of a security. This includes fixed and variable annuities, and any form of investment trust.

This area of investing cost must move from negatively impacting hidden expenses to up front cost full disclosure to allow for comparison shopping.

Thank you for obtaining our input.
