I do not think additional disclosure by brokers or mutual fund companies is necessary. Fees are spelled out in the prospectus further disclosure is superfluous and burdensome, and adds no useful information for investors.
If brokers are invested in the same fund, that probably means the fund is a good investment. Disclosing this is not useful information.
