I think the proposal to require full and detailed disclosure of all monetary benefits to be gained by brokers selling mutual funds is an excellent one. The industry has been allowed to violate its fiduciary duties to the investing public for far too long. This rule should have been in place many years ago. Its obviously needed - lets just do it.
