I have reviewed the two new proposed rules and rule admendments under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 File No. S7-06-04 and feel these rule changes would be very helpful for the individual investor.
Every investor needs the ability to compare all products, including all associated costs, recommended by broker-dealers. These rules and admendments will provide the individual investor that comparison when deciding on which mutual funds offer the best investment.
I hope you will make these rules and rule admendments a permanent addition to the Securities Exchange Act.
