I have been an investor in mutual funds for over 35 years.
Following some of my early investments I found that the seller applied charges that I did not expect and applied rules that I had not been made aware of. Such events discourages new investors. I belive that the any rules that help investors understand what they are investing in is helpful to buyer and seller alike.
