The information required in the proposed forms is very good and necessary for an investor to make informed decisions. If the intent is to make the disclosure forms available from a broker BEFORE a purchase of mutual funds, so much the better. It would also be important to make the same information available in the mutual fund prospectus -- in the form of percentages, etc.

This type of information is long overdue. Some of it can be obtained by vigorous digging, but the difficulty is very daunting. I, personally, have been very dissatisfied with the way mutual funds and their representatives manage their businesses for many years and have avoided making purchases whenever possible.
