Regarding the Elimination of the performance graph:
Keep it as part of the Proxy Filing. Find a better use for it. The failure of the audit committee report is due to the audit committee of the company, not the graph. The concept of the graph is plain, and numbers are always fair unless they are adjusted from the companys side. Total Return is a good way to look at things because it incorporates all split-adjustments and dividends, which are vital to all investors.
