Anything which lessens full and economical access to same
tends to restrict its availability.
Investment without access to all relative information leads to unintelligent capital allocation which harms the
efficiency of the capitalist economic system.
Exchanges and regulatory agencies should know and protect the system--NOT HINDER IT
