Market data should be provided as a public record available to all interestedd parties, not just to the affluent few. The basic pricing data allows for a level trading field. This will make for a transparent trading process. Please give extensive thought to how the data should be made available and why a profitable firm should be allowed to make a further profit through the sale of public data.
