I believe it is unfair to exclude low net worth citizenz from access to hedge funds. This is not equality before the law.
Permit all citizens to invest equally in properly supervised funds. This supervision would be done by the SEC and/or any other governmental agencies directed by law to do so.
Aren't the upper crust already oversubscribed to government largesse?
