I am concerned about raising the accredited investor levels to the 2.5 million of investment asset level.

There are many very sophisticated investors out there that, while beginning their investment career understand the risks fully. They would like to also reap the rewards of these alternative investment vehicles.

I am in favor of different mechanism to make sure that the investor understands the risks.

Please do not raise the level. Please consider an alternative means to determine investor sophistication. The system such that is in place in England would be a good model to consider.

Sincere Regards,
