Revoke Reg SHO and settle all "Failure to Deliver" shares. Also do away with your grandfather clause on all the backdated criminal activity prior to Reg SHO or go to jail Hopefully you understand that you should be way past this comment period as the illegal activity continues on your watch. The American people have gotten wind of this mockery as have certain lawmakers. Reg SHO and the SEC days are numbered. It is not time to poll the masses it is time to take action.
