It is way past time for a decision on the "Grandfather Clause"
in regulation SHO.
The time for public input has come and gone long since.
You know, as well as we do, that this was an illegal , as well
as an unconscionable ruling when it was made. It is high time to come forth with a decision.
It is time to stand up and do the job you are being paid hard-earned taxpayer dollars for.
