Ah.... the comment period on this issue ENDED last September.
Perhaps the SEC might move onto some ACTION, i.e., reforming SHO to SETTLE ALL TRADES PROMPTLY and thus take at least one small step to restoring the integrity of the currently laffable U.S. Equity markets.
