As a small investor I urge you to repeal the grandfathering clause of Regulation SHO which
is scheduled for 04/02/2007. It was two years
to get to this position and will be a crime if
it is delayed futher. I am 69 years old and hold
positions in several stocks that have been violated
by illegal NSS shorting. FTD is counterfitting of
shares which is against the laws of the land. Again
please do your job and correct this illegal act.
