Cox is obviously another Bush appointee who lacks credibility and integrity. The SEC has no leadership and is clearly a farse with regards to policing policy. Criminals conduct their acts and reap billions in profit, then even if censured by the SEC only recieve fractional punishment. Wall Street is a Pie-in-the-Sky Joke, until rules are enforced and hedgefunds are regulated and arbitrage requires full disclosure.
