Wasn't the comment period suppose to end now 7 months ago? What else is there to comment on? When has Fraud been legal? This is just another delay tactic and in my opinion aiding and embedding counterfeit activity. When is selling something you do not own legal? We want transparency in our Markets Revoke the Grandfathering Clause immediately. Your job is to protect the investor not aid in theft. It is beyond sickening that it has taken this long to even address the issue and will take even longer with you continued delays and stall tactics. People are wising up and it will not be tolerated. We need real action, just implement property laws Stop the corruption and help make our Countries financial future something to be proud of again. Do your job
