The fact that the Reg SHO list continues to exist is de facto evidence of crime, as fails are not being settled. You, the SEC, is currently complicit in not enforcing the law and thus is guilty of aiding and abetting criminal behavior. Carting the whole lot of ya, or at least the upper brass, off to jail would certainly get your keisters moving and then we might see some action on making the SHO list an historical item. Get the lead out, literally.
