GET WITH THE PROGRAM

What the Hell is the SEC SMOKING TO ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN The same Illegal Drugs your LAWYERS ARE SMOKING

The Up Tick Rule worked fine for over 70 years with no problem. You do not have a clue.

HOW LONG ARE YOU GOING TO LET THIS [REDACTED] GO ON IN THE MARKET

YOU HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THIS SINCE APRIL 2009

You obviously know nothing about history. Here is a suggestion. You are obviously listening to individuals with no understanding of the US Stock Market.
Review the original approach and rationale behind the institution of the Up Tick Rule in the late 1930s. Then compare what happened after Up Tick Rule
was removed July 2007. You will see a similarity.

Once you finish that simple task. Take a look at the massive trading at 0415 in the morning by the
that purchase and Sell huge quantity of stock while no one else on the planet can trade pre and after hours. You will note in the research that these instructional
traders can short the market after hours or pre-market BECAUSE THERE IS NO UP+TICK RULE in place, they then purchase the stocks at Low Ball prices at 0415 in the
morning then wait for the stock to rise .20 during the day and Sell either during or after hours.

Where the Hell have YOU BEEN

Get your act together, research prior to writing your article and stop trying to push your stupidity off on the rest of the country.

If you spent more time Researching these almighty Institutional Traders that can trade at 0415 in the morning until way into the night behind the back of the rest
Of the investors you would be doing your JOB You integrity seems to lay with these individuals. Go ahead, Short Sell and Buy the Stocks at any price
You wish, you are doing nothing wrong, you can trade anytime day or night, its OK.. Short sellers are fine

Also spend more time going after the SEC Lawyers that were caught doing insider trading several months ago. What happen to them???? I have not seen them go to
Jail with Martha Stewart The Institutional Traders make Martha Stewart look like a Messiah

Dr. Bill Daniel 0415 In the MorningREVIEW THE TIMES BELOW TODAY. UP-TICK RULE. What about THAT.

THIS ECONOMY WILL NEVER RECOVER UNTIL YOU IMPLIMENT THE

UP TICK RULE

After 38 Year in the US Government I must say your agency is the most incompetent

YOU HAVE TUNED THE MARKET INTO A GAMBLING CASINO
