Form N-MFP Data Sets

The Form N-MFP Data sets are being updated to include data from N-MFP3 submissions. Publication of the Form N-MFP data sets will be delayed. Publication will resume when the update is complete.

Form N-MFP is used for monthly reports of money market funds to report information about the fund and its portfolio holdings for the preceding month. Form N-MFP is filed with the Commission by the fifth business day of the month. The Form N-MFP data sets are extracted from Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR) eXtensible Markup Language (XML) submissions in a flat file format to assist users in constructing the data for analysis. The data has been automatically and directly taken from submissions created by the registrants and provided as-filed.

The data sets will be updated monthly. Data contained in documents filed after 5:30PM Eastern on the fifth business day of a month will be included in the subsequent monthly posting.

Notes:

• On November 21, 2023, the 2016 through 2017 data sets were refreshed to include credit rating data previously excluded from N-MFP1 submissions.

• In May 2023, the data sets were updated to include NT N-MFP XML submissions. In addition, the series names and class names were updated. Previously, there were records where the series name and class name were blank.
