Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rules

As previously disclosed, on July 16, 2019, Dragon Victory International Limited (the “Company”) received a letter from Nasdaq Listing Qualifications notifying the Company that it was no longer in compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) requires listed securities to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share.

On September 19, 2019, the Company received a letter from Nasdaq Listing Qualifications notifying the Company that it had regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rules 5550(a)(2), the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, and that the matter was closed.
