On March 12, 2019, SGOCO Group, Ltd. wholly-owned subsidiary, Paris Sky Limited closed its previously announced acquisition of Vision Lane Limited (“Vision Lane”). The principal activities of Vision Lane is property investment and money lending services in Hong Kong.
