This is the 2013-01-31 version of the SEC taxonomies.

The destination for these folders is the web location

http://xbrl.sec.gov/

Hence for example the dei schema will be at location

http://xbrl.sec.gov/dei/2013/dei-2013-01-31.xsd

The top-level files 'stub-*.xsd' and 'stub-*.xml' are only there to
sanity-check the completeness of the distribution.  If the instance
validates, then it is all there.
