The following videos are referenced in the SEC's complaint filed against Ronald Montano, Antonio Giacca, Travis Stephenson, and Michael Wright on Sept. 27, 2018, in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. More Info

According to the SEC's complaints, these videos were produced and disseminated by the defendants and used to con investors out of millions of dollars. The SEC alleges that in an attempt to destroy evidence of their involvement, the defendants have since removed or disabled access to the websites that hosted the videos. The web addresses referenced in various videos no longer exist.  

The SEC has not altered the content of these videos other than to indicate they are now being used in litigation against the defendants. While the videos no longer pose a threat to the investing public, investors are encouraged to view them here to better understand what fraud looks like ...

Larry's Cash Machine

"Larry" vows "to make 500 new millionaires in the next 90 days with his cash machine, before the powers that be snatch it away from us forever. And the next millionaire is YOU! Welcome to the video that the financial elite don't want you to see..." 

Mobile Binary Code

"Howard Kessler of MBC Capital" vows to help viewers make "your own quiet fortune." He claims their program "flat out does not lose money, ever" and "the only possible outcome is an enormous amount of profits."

Centument 2.0

"Superstar trader and software developer Gerald Reed turned Wall Street on its head," the video claims, by unveiling special software that resulted in "normal people from all walks of life making tens of thousands of dollars in profits each and every week." He helped "the little guy" and "the big guys" are angry, so viewers are enticed to cash in before the opportunity goes away.

Viewers are promised, "This website you are on right now has made more millionaires in the past 6 months than any other website on earth," and by simply listening to this video and doing what it says, "you, too, can be a millionaire 60 days from now."
