Michael Mendelson
Principal
AQR Capital Management

Michael Mendelson is a Principal at AQR Capital Management LLC where he is a portfolio manager. Michael is a member of the Firm's Strategic Planning Committee and its Risk Committee. Before joining AQR, Michael was a Managing Director at Goldman, Sachs & Co. There he was the founder of and managed the Quantitative Trading group, responsible for high frequency, statistical arbitrage, and quantitative fundamental equity trading. Michael holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a graduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.


Noel Archard
Managing Director
US iShares Product Research & Development

Noel Archard currently heads the iShares product function in the US, which is responsible for product research and development, product management, the management of iShares in capital markets and product services and analytics. Mr. Archard joined iShares in 2006, then part of Barclays Global Investors which merged with BlackRock in December 2009. He spent over 10 years at The Vanguard Group, first working with their brokerage service unit and then moving into their Exchange Traded Funds group. Mr. Archard has a BS degree from Northwestern University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder (CFA®). He is a member of the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia and the CFA® Institute, and holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities licenses.


Charles Rotblut
VP President, AAII Journal Editor
American Association of Individual Investors

Charles Rotblut is a vice president of the American Association of Individual Investors. He is the editor of the AAII Journal. He authors the weekly AAII Investor Update e-newsletter and his commentary is published on both Seeking Alpha and Forbes.com. Charles' first book, "Better Good Than Lucky," is expected to be published later this year.

He has analyzed both publicly traded and privately held companies. Charles' experience includes working for Zacks Investment Research, an investment research firm; INVESTools, an investment education company; Curian Capital, a money management firm; and McClure, Schumacher & Associates, a business valuation firm.

Charles is a graduate of the University of Kansas, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Journalism. He is a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.


Christopher Nagy
Managing Director, Order Routing Sales and Strategy
TD AMERITRADE

Christopher "Chris" Nagy is the managing director of order routing, sales and strategy at TD AMERITRADE. His responsibilities include developing and implementing Best Execution and routing strategy for TD AMERITRADE, as well as developing and enhancing market center relationships for the firms' NASDAQ, Listed and Options business lines. Nagy is also a registered lobbyist for the firm and co-heads its government relations efforts.

Nagy joined TD AMERITRADE in 1999 as a trading manager. In September 2000 he was promoted to senior manager of trading, and from November 2001 to March 2005 he held the position of director of trading. Prior to joining the company, he held various positions within the securities industry. He began his career as a sales assistant with Shearson Lehman Brothers and more recently served eight years with US Bancorp as vice president of manager equity.

Nagy is a regular commentator on various financial and news outlets regarding securities market-structure. He serves on a multitude of industry committees including the NASDAQ Quality of Markets Committee (QMC), the Security Traders Association Trading Issues Committee, the Options Industry Council (OIC) Roundtable, and was Chairman of the SIFMA Options Committee from 2005-2007. He also served on the Board of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange as the off-floor Vice Chairman from 2000-2004. He completed the Securities Industry Institute Wharton program in 2009.

Pamela J. Craig

Pamela J. Craig is Accenture's chief financial officer. Her responsibilities include Corporate Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, Corporate Transaction Services, Client & Corporate Finance, Finance Operations and Strategic Planning & Analysis functions. She is also a member of Accenture's Executive Leadership Team.

From March 2004 until October 2006, Ms. Craig was senior vice president—Finance, with global responsibility for Accenture's client deal structuring, client finance, country controllership and group finance activities. Prior to that, Ms. Craig was group director—Business Operations & Services, managing an annual budget of nearly $1.4 billion and an organization of more than 7,300 people, with responsibility for Accenture's Geographic Services organization, IT organization and cross-company operations. In that position she also had oversight responsibility for market image, strategy execution and operational issues in Accenture's geographic regions. Prior to 2001, Ms. Craig held several leadership positions in the company's Products and Communications & High Tech operating groups.

During more than 20 years in consulting, Ms. Craig focused on designing and building finance and performance management systems for consumer products, communications, media and other companies, and helped clients to build shared services organizations and integrate operations after mergers or other business formations.

Throughout her career, Ms. Craig has been committed to the advancement and retention of women at Accenture. Ms. Craig is also a member of C200, a professional organization of preeminent women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders; is a recipient of the 2008 National Council for Research on Women's "Making a Difference for Women Award"; and serves as a member of the state board of directors of Junior Achievement of New Jersey.

Ms. Craig joined Accenture in 1982 after practicing as a certified public accountant and became a partner in 1991. She holds a master of business administration degree from New York University and a bachelor's degree with a major in economics from Smith College.
