Jeffrey H. Bunzel

Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC

Jeff has had responsibility for many of the Bank's major equity transactions across various industry sectors and works extensively with a number of the Bank's private equity clients. He is Chairman of the Equity Valuation Committee and a member of the Investment Banking Committee.

Mr. Bunzel joined Credit Suisse First Boston in 1994 from Lehman Brothers. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Bunzel served as special assistant to the Under Secretary for International Affairs at the U.S. Treasury Department. Utility and Agribusiness sectors.

Mr. Bunzel received his B.A. from the University at California, Berkeley and his Master's Degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
