John B. Wojcik
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Bank of the West

John B. Wojcik, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, joined the bank in 1999. He served as Controller from 2006 until he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2008. He is a member of the bank's Executive Management Committee. Wojcik has held various positions in the bank, including chief auditor, transition manager for the United California Bank acquisition, production and origination manager for the National Finance Group, and manager of planning and administration for the Commercial Banking Group. Before joining Bank of the West, Wojcik spent eight years as chief auditor at SierraWest Bank, which the bank acquired in 1999. A Certified Public Accountant, he worked 10 years in public accounting prior to joining SierraWest Bank in 1991. Wojcik received his BA from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Arizona.
