Kenneth B. Robins is President and Treasurer of the Fidelity Equity and High Income Funds. Fidelity Investments is one of the world's largest providers of financial services, with custodied assets of more than $3.4 trillion, including managed assets of more than $1.6 trillion. Prior to joining Fidelity in 2004, Mr. Robins was Audit Partner in KPMG's Department of Professional Practice in New York. From 2000 to 2002, he served as Assistant Chief Accountant in the Division of Investment Management at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington D.C. Prior to that, Mr. Robins worked in KPMG's Boston Investment Management Services Audit Practice. Mr. Robins received a Masters of Accounting from Bentley College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from George Washington University. He is a registered CPA in Massachusetts, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants — Investment Companies Expert Panel.
