Subject: New Margin Rule for Daytraders.
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, 

I am a young german Daytrader and do this job very well, I started with that 
kind of trading just to months ago with a small account. 
Already now, I am a very good trader, cause I am with a great mentor. 
Due to the great success of mine, I planed to become a full time trader and 
do this job for living. 

Unfortunately I am still undercapitalized for the new Margin Rule for 
Daytraders, cause I started with less than 5000 USD, due to the strong Dollar 
against the Deutsche Mark. 

The new rule for Margin Accounts is the death blow to me, as a trader, my 
planed business, my dreams, my independence, dont call your country as a land 
of liberty.
