as a daytrader of 5 years with 2 under 25k accounts I would be inclined to 
borrow money if my margin ability was cut off.
I would do so by credit card or remortgaging my home.
I think many others would also because to trade half as many shares on larger 
stocks would eat us up in broker fees.
