To whom it may concern:
     
I would like to express my reservations for the Super Montage system. 
Specifically, the price time priority algorithm appears to create an uneven 
playing field.  Also it appears that Super Montage will be competing with the 
organizations that it will be regulating.  There are many issues that should be 
discussed in a public forum to ensure that all parties are properly represented.
This is a decision that should be researched judiciously and not expediently.
