All the SOES rule changes have benefitted the large market makers at the expense of the independent day trader. I trade with Momentum and Tradescape, and we provide about 5% of the daily liquidity for the Nasdaq. I think we are as important as any brokerage house, and this rule should not be implemented to our detriment. I am going to contact my congressman about this matter. Thank you for your attention.
