Dear Mr. Katz:
     
I wish to express my support for the National Association of Securities 
Dealers "Actual Size" proposal.  I am of the opinion that mandatory size 
requirements reduces marketmaker participation in many NASDAQ companies.  Such 
an artificial pricing mechanism creates a disincentive for commiting capital 
to marketmaking.  Without marketmaker participation, the NASDAQ marketplace 
cannot survive.  Therefore, I strongly support the "Actual Size" proposal.
