We wholeheartedly endorse the proposed rule change whereby Market Makers can 
display actual size in their quotes.
     
It would be more equitable if dealers have the same rights as orders displayed 
through an ECN.
     
It also would alleviate the appearance of greater interest than is actually in a
particular security.
