We at Wheat First Union are highly in favor of actual size being 
displayed in the quote. 
     
In an environment where transparency has become so important, it seems 
appropriate that actual size would drive the quotes that are displayed 
to the public. This will aid in more efficient price discovery, and 
better informed investor decisions. 
     
We at Wheat First Union use capital to provide liquidity to our clients, 
and due to competition expect that other market makers will do the same.
