How you learned about the transaction or other activity: any idiot would know
that the market makers minipulate the market price and volume for their own
benefits, screwing the investors.

delaying, again, the rule regarding market makers ability to short stocks for
their benefit has again screwed the investor in favor of the corrupt market
makers.  Still sending the message to the people that the government does not
care about the little people, only the squeeky wheel gets the grease syndrome.
