Deattached from the main General Agency. I am a financial planner and have licenses to sell life insurance, annuities, variable products, mutual funds, etc. I am writing to you because the NASD proposal to redefine a branch office in Rule 3010(g)(2) will create additional and duplicating work for my office. I am also paying state licensing and registration fees and enough is enough. Please reconsider changing the definition of branch office and leave me alone. Sincerely, Charles Barley 1104 Route 130, Suite S Cinnaminson, NJ 08077
