Facts for you to consider, 20 year veteran as a registered rep, 9 years as a supervisor. Never a complaint/arbitration. Then last year an arbitration filed against one of my brokers, no prior complaints, (22 year veteran, NASD arbitrator and lawyer) that was dismissed and denied with prejudice. In other words, no merit. This should not be allowed to be a permanent part of his/mine record. Unproven allegations and the difficulty in erasing them permanently does harm economically and to our reputations that we have spent over 20 years painstakingly building. Sadly, you protect the very people who need it the least (NYSE, analysts, investement bankers, senior mgmt.). In your haste "to do something" for the public you migrate to the people who do the most for the public........ their registered rep. Steven J.
