From: David Haburjak [dwh24@bellsouth.net] Sent: Tuesday, July 08, 2003 2:58 PM To: rule-comments@sec.gov Subject: Comment re SR-NASD-2002-168 To Whom It May Concern: Based on the information I have read regarding the new rules proposed for broker CRD records, I believe that it is incomprehendable how the NASD continues to get away with its smear campaign against individual brokers while doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the RAMPANT abuses which continue at the Broker/Dealer level, especially at the big wirehouses. It is COMPLETELY unfair to require brokers to publically disclose unproven allegations, and even worse, make it more difficult to erase those allegations. If this keeps up, and nothing continues to happen to the big firms (who commited many of the outstanding crimes over the last several years and beyond), the public will continue to shun stock market investing and look towards other alternatives and I wouldn't blame them.
