I am a trader both "long" and "short". Please you are wasting valuable time and energy that Nasd can put into other more important issues.
Your new rules are working. Borrowing pink sheet and otc bb stock are impossible as I have tried since implementation of the rules. There is no need to continue to bring up an issue that you have resolved.
The complainers are victorious and yet still busy talking to you versus making their companies successful with real sales and earnings. They have won and are still blaming short sellers that don't exist anymore. All they have to do is deliver sales and earnings and their stocks will have no short selling pressure due to the new rules!
Don't you wonder why they are wasting their shareholders time on this when they should be worrying about their "real business"
