I Urge the SEC to Not Approve Proposed NASD Rule Imposing Specific Suitability, Principal Review Requirements for Deferred Variable Annuities. This is further duplication of regulations already in place. Suitability as a whole is under more scrutiny but all involved already, which is not a bad thing.
