I am apposed to any new law that in most part duplicates already regulated law. I don't want to see the laws of the financial industry turned into the same list of run-on rules as gun control. The key to making a rule or law effective is how it is enforced. Stricter penalties and pursuit of rule breakers would be a more appropriate action. As in gun control, suitability rules are already in place and just need to be more stringently enforced. Thank you for your time.
