YOU guys must be joking?? requiring a mmer to get a borrow?? Why even have market makers then? Why even have a MARKET? Do a damn study on this BEFORE you consider such a scam of a rule. You are just screwing the public by not letting people short stocks. Look what rule 3370 has done so far! Stocks go up real high and STRAIGHT DOWN. Is that good?? I dont think so!
