Please reject the NASD’s request for accelerated approval of Rule Filing SR-NASD-2003-158. These revisions are too important not to give the public an opportunity to comment on an arbitration process that is already weighted in favor of the securities industry. The purpose of these rules is to provide the public a dispute resolution forum with integrity.
