Is the SEC aware that the Option Exchanges can't even distribute their 
quotes in a timely fashion??
     
Anytime the market gets busy, the option quotes are 2 to 3 minutes 
behind.  
     
How in the world can you link markets that can't even distribute live 
quotes??
