Katz, Secretary Securities and Exchange Commission 450 Fifth Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20549-0609 ========================================= Dear Mr. Jonathan G. Katz, Regarding the introduction of the Boston Options Exchange (BOX) to the public customers, I am writing you this e-mail. The good thing about the BOX, especially the Price Improvement Period (PIP), is that it helps me and the rest of the public customers to make better trades. Instead of waiting for a long-order to be executed at, say $30,00 I now can bid at $ 30,02 thereby having more chance that the order will be executed. Therefore I ask you to approve the introduction of the BOX to us public customers promptly. I hope you will take us, the public customers, seriously by granting our request. Sincerely, Yomo Guiamo Active Trader
